Returns & Exchanges

14-day window — You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges — Your first exchange is free of charge. Any subsequent exchanges will cost 89 EGP.

Returns — Returns are accepted for a flat fee of 89 EGP for pickup.

Damaged or wrong items? — Contact us immediately upon receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Refunds — Once your returned item passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees) within 72 hours.
